Students may change mentors at any time, and are expected to initiate the relationship. Students are encouraged to do their own research on each doctor and notify the Alumni Relations Office who their choices are by completing the online form. If you are a recipient of a scholarship from your state club, you must choose a mentor and be in contact with them on a quarterly basis.
