LIFE Grad Gives Back Money and Time

The countdown is on until the highly anticipated Fall CE Event takes place on campus, Sept. 30-Oct. 4, 2015. Not only is there a full slate of CE classes available during the weekend, there is also a variety of special events that take place to provide relief from long hours in the classroom. This year, we invite you to be our guests at the "Gathering of Pirates" Party on Friday, Oct. 2 at 6:00 p.m. on campus. Not only is this a great evening of fellowship with your peers, but we will also be celebrating the reunions of the classes of '80, '85, '90, '95, '00, '05 & '10. Tickets are $20 per pirate and include dinner, drinks and fun.

Class Notes

Dr. Steve Koc ('80), aka Akal Singh Khalsa, has won the Best Animated Film award at the 2015 Northwest Comic Fest for his project, Gnomies World.

Dr. Vincent Peri ('81) recently published a new book, "The Healing Space," which will be a featured essay on The Coaching Tools Company website in the near future.

Dr. Martin Rosen's ('81) newest release is a pediatric chiropractic manual titled "Pediatric Chiropractic Care." It can be purchased at drmartinrosen.com.

Dr. Dale Francisco Williams ('85) recently moved back to her hometown of Nathalie, Virginia where she grew up. She is excited to have come full circle.

Dr. Marc Rogers ('99) has been honored as the first staff chiropractor for the Clearwater free chiropractic clinic in Clearwater, Florida.

Dr. Ron Swain ('05) welcomed twin boys, Andrew Robert and Philip Edward into the world on Aug. 12. Mom, dad and boys are doing well!

Dr. Brian Mabry ('10) welcomed Graham Jacob into the world Aug. 10. Both dad and mom are in love!

Made accessible to the general public, the directory allows individuals to seek a chiropractor in their area. Listings are populated by those who have opted to include their businesses.

LIFE Grad Gives Back Money and Time

Life University alumnus Dr. Erik Kowalke ('11) gives back to LIFE both financially and by mentoring younger chiropractors at his practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In just under four years, his office has grown to receive 1,100 visitors per week, 40 percent of them pediatrics. His practice was also recently voted the No. 1 pediatric chiropractor in Grand Rapids.
