Gifts for the LIFE Endowment

An endowment is a fund that invests gifts directed to it.  The corpus of these gifts is always invested and never spent.  In accordance to LIFE's Endowment Investment Policy, the annual interest of the fund is partially reinvested in the fund and partially distributed to the annual budget.

Gifts of $25,000 or more may be directed into a named fund (scholarship or other) within the LIFE Endowment, as stipulated by the donor.  Donors may wish to direct their gift to an existing named fund or establish their own.

If you wish to make a gift to support an Endowed Scholarship, your donation will be used to help existing scholarships reach the minimum endowed level of $25,000. University Advancement will determine the scholarship designation.
